Ballot Question 1 Massachusetts 2024. Vote yes on 1, and no on the rest. Massachusetts voters are tasked to vote on five ballot questions, all of which received a “no” vote by the state senate or the house of representatives before may 1, 2024.

Ballot question 1, if approved, would grant the state auditor the authority to review legislators’ documents and accounts. Question 1 asks voters whether the auditor should be allowed to investigate the state legislature, overseeing and evaluating at least some of its activities.
